& RENAMING
SPERA PARTNERS
BACKGROUND
Spera Partners is a full-service managed provider technology company. They recently acquired another new technology company, which revealed the need for a leveling-up in their brand to align with their new business goals. Their target audience thought of the TEQ Guys (old company name) as an IT company with a "break-fix" reputation instead of full-service and able to solve business and technology issues.

GOAL
To be known as a trusted partner creating innovative technology processes to help achieve their client's full potential.

STRATEGY
To position the new brand at a higher level to achieve their new business goals. Renaming their company: rebranding including brand strategy, brand identity, brand personality and consistency for brand recognition. Acknowledging the two target audiences they serve: small businesses as well as private, charter, and public schools.

EXECUTION
The new name and new branding positions them as innovative experts in technology as well as an approachable, trusted partner. The new name Spera, means "trust" in latin and "partners" is what they are to their clients. The brand identity is based on a range of traditional colors to brighter colors in a gradient. We created a trusted, playful, and tech-savvy personality. The logo was developed by the lines in the icon, which represent people aligning with each other (client and Spera Partners) in the shape of an "S".
