BACKGROUND
Monica Jones is the CEO of HR Help 4 You, LLC, human resources outsourcing company. She is also an independent HR Consultant.

GOAL
To brand Monica Jones, HR as a consultant and a division of HR Help 4 You company through personal branding.

STRATEGY
Through brand strategy sessions and specific archetype research, Monica's personal brand was developed through the lense of an "outlaw" character type. This archetype is willing to take risks and uses unconventional methods in business.
EXECUTION
Her nickname "MJ" played a large role in the logo mark, using a script type that resembles her signature. Risk taking with a bold and feminine color palette. Consisting of magenta, denim blue, black, white, grey, as well as a softer accent colors for balance. All wrapped up with a solid frame around her logo mark to represent strength and rounded out experience. The brand style guide and moodboard help to keep her branding consistent to build brand awareness.
