BACKGROUND
HR Help 4 You is an experienced HR outsourcing company in Pittsburgh, PA. Their focus is helping clients follow top HR compliance guidelines to help minimize their HR issues.

GOAL
To rebrand the company to reflect a more humanistic approach and updated look.

STRATEGY
Their brand was in need of an update on two levels: (1) to create a more modern look and (2) to develop a humanistic approach to reflect their relationships and assisting others. The personality of the new brand was positioned as HR experts guiding clients in HR management. The rebrand feel is personal connection with dynamic colors and circular and upward movement.
EXECUTION
A redesign of the logo includes a strong icon in a circular format to represent human interconnection through helping with work relationships. The upward arrow in "HR" symbolizes improved management and increased profits. The new color scheme was developed to reflect a brighter, more approachable feel yet a calming blue to ground the overall look. The brand identity package includes letterhead, envelope, business cards.
